Fiscalía investiga muerte de trabajador en aserradero de San Carlos
El fiscal Pablo Fritz Hoces informó que como José Jiménez Constanzo, de 51 años, fue identificado el trabajador de un aserradero forestal que esta tarde falleció, tras ser golpeado por una tabla, en el camino Las Rozas del sector Cachapoal, en San Carlos.
Por instrucción de la Fiscalía, en el lugar realizó peritajes la Brigada de Homicidios de la PDI. Según la información preliminar, se trató de un accidente laboral al quedar enganchado el elemento contundente, lo que provocó que saliera eyectado y golpeara a la víctima en la zona toráxica.
El cuerpo fue derivado al Servicio Médico Legal de Chillán para la autopsia de rigor.
