Hace algunas semanas, culminó el proceso de Negociación del Sector Público en el que se definió el alza salarial que recibirán los trabajadores del Estado durante 2026, además de los montos de todos los bonos que obtendrán.
Con ello, se acordó un reajuste general de remuneraciones de un 3,4%, el que se aplicará de manera diferida: un 2,0% del reajuste a partir del mes de diciembre de 2025 y un 1,4% a partir del mes de junio de 2026. También se definió mantener el Bono Término de Conflicto.
El Bono de Término de Negociación se suele entregar una vez que se termina la negociación colectiva entre los funcionarios públicos y el Estado.
Pare este 2026, los montos a entregar serán los siguientes:
● $150.000: Para los trabajadores con renta líquida a noviembre de 2025 igual o inferior a $1.060.493.$75.000:
● Para aquellos trabajadores con una remuneración líquida superior a $1.060.493 y que no supere un monto bruto de $3.511.800.
Otros puntos del reajuste del sector público
Entre los 26 puntos alcanzados en el acuerdo, se definió un incremento de 5% para las remuneraciones mínimas y también se logró realizar un aumento en los bonos y asignaciones que se reajustarán en un 3,4%.
Para el Aguinaldo de Fiestas Patrias, el tramo 1 alcanza $91.682 para rentas de hasta $1.060.493 y el tramo 2 llega a los $63.645 para rentas de hasta $3.511.800; mientras que en el Aguinaldo de Navidad el monto oscila entre los $71.206 y $37.666 según los mismos tramos de rentas.
En tanto, el Bono de Escolaridad llega a $89.164 y el Bono de Vacaciones va entre los $112.915 y los $56.457, de acuerdo a la escala de rentas antes mencionada.
