Detectives de la Brigada de Investigación Criminal (Bicrim) San Carlos lograron detener a un hombre de 33 años imputado por los delitos de robo en lugar habitado, lesiones menos graves, y dos hechos de desacato, y que se encontraba prófugo de la justicia.
El jefe (s) de la Bicrim San Carlos, subprefecto Ángel Escalona Mancilla, señaló que “el imputado, en conocimiento que mantenía los encargos judiciales pendientes, estando condenado en uno de ellos por el delito de robo en lugar habitado, evadía el accionar de los detectives, cambiando de domicilio y pernoctando en casa de familiares”.
El oficial de la PDI señaló que, sobre la base del análisis criminal e inteligencia policial, pudieron establecer su ubicación deteniéndose en la vía pública, en el sector urbano de la capital provincial de Punilla. Respecto al imputado, este registra también antecedentes por lesiones, deudas de pensión alimenticia y maltrato de obra a carabineros.
Los antecedentes fueron puestos en conocimiento del Ministerio Público, en tanto el juzgado de Garantía de San Carlos instruyó poner al imputado a disposición durante la mañana de hoy viernes 13 de marzo.
