Fiscalía obtiene prisión preventiva para imputado por homicidio de joven en Coihueco
La fiscal de Chillán, Mary Carmen Farías Valenzuela, obtuvo la prisión preventiva para Cristian Palma Palma, quien fue formalizado por el homicidio de Tomás Bustamante Carriel, de 19 años, quien fue baleado por el imputado el marte 3 de este mes, en Coihueco.
La fiscal explicó que el trabajo junto a la Brigada de Homicidios de la PDI logró determinar que la madrugada de ese día el detenido realizó disparos en contra de la víctima, quien a raíz de lo anterior falleció.
El imputado también fue formalizado por porte ilegal de arma de fuego.
La fiscal expuso en la audiencia de formalización que la libertad del imputado constituye un peligro para la seguridad de la sociedad, argumento que fue acogido por el tribunal al decretar la prisión preventiva.
El Juzgado de Garantía de Chillán fijó un plazo de 4 meses para la investigación de la Fiscalía, la que se realiza con la Brigada de Homicidios de la PDI.
